Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Duties: - Perform all bookkeeping functions, including but not limited to: recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Prepare and process payroll, including payroll tax filings - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations Experience: - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general accounting principles - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks - Experience with account analysis, financial report writing, and budgeting - Solid understanding of account reconciliation and technical accounting concepts - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
